  • Development of a tailored event strategy: invitation of high level stakeholders.
  • Management of Selection committee for the elections of the winners.
  • Logistics & administrative coordination: venue, audiovisual material, catering, transportation, conference materials, protocol management, hostesses, secretariat.
  • Developing communication tools: program, video of the history of the Solvay Awards since 1989, banners, etc.
