Euroseeds 2019 – Stockholm

Organization of the Euroseeds Congress for the European Seed Association (each year in a different country).

European Seed Association is the voice of the European seed industry, representing the interests of those active in research, breeding, production and marketing of seeds of agricultural, horticultural and ornamental plant species.

Development of a tailored event strategy:creation of an exhibition area, a trade tables area, different sections meetings, sponsoring packages.
Logistics coordination: venue, audio-visual material, catering, transportation, conference materials, website dedicated to the event, welcome desk.
Administrative coordination: registration of delegates, badges, secretariat, hotel booking.
Create and offer a social program to the participants (dinner, city tours, visits of museums, boat tours, gastronomic experience, etc).

Successful Congress attended by more than 1150 delegates.
