Objectives

Organize the Plenary Session for the ERT (European Round Table of Industrialists).

ERT Members meet twice a year at Plenary Sessions, where ERT’s work program and priorities are determined. Decisions are taken by consensus.

Actions

Create and offer a social program to the participants (gala dinner, city tours,…)
Logistics coordination: venue, find a hotel for the conference in Brussels.
Setup all of the audio-visual material for the meeting room, catering, transportation from the airport with private access. Conference materials for the participants with a printed program and some personalized welcome gift.
Administrative coordination: Manage the dedicated website for the event, registration of all delegates, secretariat and transfers, support with their booking in a luxury hotel.

Visit of around 90 CEOs from Europe invited by Solvay.

Presence of his Majesty the King at the Gala dinner in order to meet the participant’s for a short discussion concerning the future of the industries in Europe.
